All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Los-Angeles, California warehouse.

Processing time

1 business day, Monday-Friday, excluding US public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Typical delivery estimates (Non-peak season, excluding holiday surges)

• West Coast: 1-3 business days
• Mid-US: 2-4 business days
• East Coast: please allow 4-7 business days

We only deliver to the contiguous 48 United States.
We do NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO / FPO military addresses or US territories.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Please monitor your tracking link for real-time carrier updates.
We are not responsible for carrier-related delays, mis-deliveries or packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost after hand-off to the recipient address.
