Refund Policy

We offer returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Damages caused by improper use, dropping or man‑made accidents are not covered for free return or refund.

Return Process

1. Please contact our customer service at vivflo.official@outlook.com to submit your return request within the 30‑day .  Please include your order number and a brief description of your reason for return.

2. After our team approves your return application, we will send you clear return shipping instructions.

3. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or there was our shipping error. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5‑10 business days to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged & Defective Items

If your product arrives broken, leaking or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days upon delivery. Kindly attach clear photos or short videos showing the defect. We will arrange replacement or full refund for qualifying cases.
